Please be in prayer for the weekends. These weekends only happen because they are surrounded by prayer. Pray, whether your name is officially on the prayer chart or not. Please keep the team, guests, and community in your prayers throughout the weekend. Also, if during that time of prayer you feel you are needed to help the kitchen team or agape team, just come on to the church and see where and how God wants to use your hands and feet. Help is needed in the kitchen, cooking and setting up the table decorations. Help is needed in the Agape room sorting letters, cleaning the bathrooms and showers, and setting up for all of the communions. Help is needed to set-up the mattresses and put them away on Wed night and Sunday morning. Your help is needed.

Wednesday:
6:00 PM - Set-up for the weekend.

Thursday:
7:00 PM - Gather for send-off. Bring a snack to share with everyone. Please be aware the guests will not be used to being hugged by the community, so try not to hug others so as to not make the guests uncomfortable.
7:30 PM - Send-off. Stay for sponsor's hour after send-off. (Stay and help set up the tables with decorations for Friday morning.)

Friday:
7:45 AM - Breakfast Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed. (Stay to set up the tables for the next meal or help cook the next meal. This is true for all of the meals.)
12:00 Noon - Lunch Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed
5:00 PM - Supper Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed

Saturday:
7:00 AM - Breakfast Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed
12:00 Noon - Lunch Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed
5:00 PM - Supper Servers should arrive at the Church Fellowship Hall and assist the kitchen team as needed
NOTE - we request Sat Supper servers dress in white shirts with Black or Navy skirts or trousers. Also, please be available to help the kitchen team move the items they need to move for Sunday to the conference room kitchen during the entertainment.
8:30 PM - Community Worship and Prayer service for the team and guests in Sanctuary.
9:30 PM - Latest arrival for participating in Candlelight. (It may even start sooner.) Battery operated candles will be available for purchase at $5.00 each.

Sunday:
7:00 AM - Morning Clean Up of church to put mattresses away and clean to prepare for morning church
4:15 PM - Clean Up of the conference room.
5:00 PM <SHARP> - Closing.

------NOTES------
We are requesting that particularly on Friday and Saturday, ONLY the team and guests be in the basement of the church, so PLEASE bring agape gifts (there will be a need for 67, at the most, for each weekend), snacks, and letters EITHER on Thursday at send off or to the Kitchen Area during the weekend. Please refrain from walking down the hallway in the basement and up the stairs.  Walk around the outside of the building from the parking lot and come in the main double doors to the kitchen and Bigler Hall.

The Kitchen Team will get the snacks to the conference room.

There is a Box for Letters in the kitchen throughout the weekend. There will be one in the back of the church during Candlelight.
Any SPECIAL gifts for INDIVIDUAL guests, should be ONLY given to the guests before they arrive on Thursday or following the Closing on Sunday PM. NO Individual Gifts should be left on guest's beds or be given to the agape team to deliver.  We have this practice because at God's Table we are all equal.

Please, consider making a donation of any amount for the weekends, you may write a check to Logansport Great Banquet. As you know, we do not ask the guests to pay for their weekend, but the cost is approximately $75.00 for each person attending. It is a tax deductible donation. The Logansport Great Banquet Treasurer, David Downham, writes receipts for all checks. If you have written a check lately, he will provide a receipt for the donation. He has the receipts for the past year with him.
